Santosh Yadav to be NDMC ambassador

Santosh Yadav, who has twice scaled the Everest, has agreed to be the NDMC's Brand Ambassador for the "Swatch Bharat Abhiyan".

Yadav said in a letter to the New Delhi Municipal Council that she would be happy to be part of "this noble cause", NDMC chairman Jalaj Shrivastava said in a statement Sunday.

The NDMC is the smallest of three civic agencies in the national capital.
