Actress Shrenu Parikh says she really enjoyed applying mehndi (henna) on the hands of her "Ishqbaaaz" co-star Surbhi Chandna.

The current storyline of the Star Plus show focuses on the wedding of Annika (Surbhi) and Shivaay (essayed by Nakuul Mehta).

For a sequence, Shrenu pitched in to apply mehndi on Surbhi's hands.

"I know how to apply mehndi and really enjoy it as well. When they were discussing about it on set, I quickly pitched in to apply mehndi for Surbhi," Shrenu said in a statement.

She added: "We both get along really well and this was just one of the regular antics that we do on set whenever we are together."
