Budget airline SpiceJet on Monday announced 'Fly For Sure' scheme, guaranteeing passengers another flight within 24 hours in case they miss a flight or face flight disruptions.
"Flight disruptions cause lots of inconvenience to passengers; hence putting customer convenience first we have introduced 'Fly For Sure' which enables the passenger to complete the travel without any extra financial burden," said SpriceJet vice president Amit Srivastava in a statement.
Available at Rs.299 (all inclusive), 'Fly For Sure' will reimburse a passenger facing unforeseen circumstances with his original booked flight for an alternate flight ticket of his choice in the same sector within 24 hours of the original scheduled booking, the statement said.
The scheme is only available in the domestic sector for tickets booked up to seven days in advance.
