Atletico Madrid Argentine striker Luciano Vietto on Thursday left the squad's training session due to muscular pain.
During the morning session, the 24-year-old felt muscular discomfort after less than an hour of practice and left the field in the middle of the session accompanied by Dr. Oscar Celada, the capital football club's first team doctor, reports Efe.
Vietto participated in two International Champions Cup friendly matches in Singapore against Paris Saint German on Monday and Arsenal on July 26.
In the July 26 Arsenal match Vietto scored Los Rojiblancos' lone goal before Atletico won the match 3-1 following a penalty shootout.
Vietto's physical status is to be confirmed in the afternoon session.
Atletico is set to clash with Inter Milan at Metropolitano Stadium on August 11.
