Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar on Sunday said India has a zero tolerance policy to terrorism and with the surgical strikes across the LoC, the government has given the "right signal" to Pakistan for "its continuous encouragement to terrorism".
"With the surgical strike, the Centre has given right signal to Pakistan to counter its aggression and continuous encouragement to terrorism," he said here on the sidelines of an event.
Javadekar also stressed on India's zero tolerance policy to terrorism.
"Zero tolerance to terrorism is our policy. The nation is proud of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for isolating Pakistan and conducting the surgical strikes to give a fitting reply to it," he added.
