Taliban claims responsibility for airport attack

Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the Sunday night attack on Karachi's Jinnah International Airport, media reported Monday.

At least 23 people, including 10 militants, were killed during the attack, Geo News reported.

Gun shots were heard again around 8.15 a.m. Monday after which security officials launched another search operation.
