Do you know that an average person takes 2.3 seconds to unlock smartphone and this happens usually 39 times a day? What if a tattoo can unlock your smartphone and save you from the exhausting process again and again?
With Motorola X smartphones, users can now unlock the phones by tapping it against a digital tattoo.
The digital tattoos are about the size of a coin and should last five days before they need to be replaced.
The device is actually an adhesive bandage equipped with near-field communication technology, informed VivaLnk, the firm behind these adhesives.
These tattoos can withstand water and intense workouts without detaching or losing functionality, Huffington Post reported.
Currently the digital tattoos are available only for the Moto X smartphone and come in the vortex design seen above. The company plans to add more designs and will bring the stick-on passcode to more devices in the future.
