Actress Tejasswi Prakash considers books to be her best friend.

When she isn't shooting for the show "Pehredaar Piya Ki", she utilises her free time by burying herself in books.

"Books are my best friend. They give me good company when I'm free from shoots or alone at home. I carry books with me when I travel or when I'm on sets. People around me know that I'm addicted to books and some of my friends even call me a bookworm," she said in a statement.

"Books help to develop you and educate you. Your free time is not wasted," added the actress.

I was born to travel: Tanya Sharma

Actress Tanya Sharma, who has wrapped up shooting for "Saath Nibhana Saathiya", feels that she was born to travel and explore various places.

"I think I was born to travel. Whenever I can, I pack my bags and look for a destination to explore. Right now, I am enjoying exploring Ooty, Mysore and Chikmagalur," she said in a statement.

"Even during my childhood, I never spent my vacations at home. Travelling gets me into mode of relaxation. It brings a lot of positivity inside me. Also, energises me to get back to work," she added.

Showbiz is a struggling journey: Pankaj Bhalla

Model-actor Pankaj Bhalla feels the journey in showbiz can be a struggle for artistes who are not hard working.

"Showbiz is a struggling journey for those who don't work hard, considering the kind of competition you have today," he said in a statement.

"But the positive thing is films, TV, digital or reality shows give a lot of opportunities and there's space for anyone who is talented and is willing to work hard," he added.

Pankaj loves to play characters which he can relate to, but he says it doesn't mean that he doesn't like to experiment.

"Recently I played a 25- and a 50-year-old guy in a reincarnation story for 'Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya'," said Pankaj, who has also featured in the show "Mastaangi -- One Love Story Two Lifetimes".
