The Memphis Grizzlies guard Tony Allen was suspended for one game for kicking Los Angeles Clippers guard Chris Paul in the face, said the National Basketball Association Tuesday.
The incident occurred in the first quarter of the Grizzlies' 106-102 victory over the Clippers Monday. Allen was ejected after that flagrant foul, Xinhua reported.
Allen would miss the game between the Grizzlies and the Golden State Warriors Wednesday.
