Italian striker Mario Balotelli was made the scapegoat by the fans for Italy's ouster from the FIFA World Cup in the group stages and there could be more trouble for the former Manchester City forward after he was pictured smoking while holidaying in Miami.
Balotelli, who plies his trade with AC Milan, was only last year fined by the Italian club for trying to smoke on a train.
Balotelli, who is on a holiday with fiance Fanny Neguesha was caught smoking on his hotel balcony Sunday.
Balotelli earlier posted a picture of himself with the UFC World Championship belt, on his Instagram account.
He previously claimed that if not for football, he would have become a mixed martial arts fighter.
