At least 15 people were killed and 25 injured when twin blasts hit two mosques in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province ahead of the Friday prayers, Geo News reported.
The blasts occurred in Malakand district of the province from where the bodies and injured were shifted to a hospital. Many of the wounded were said to be in a critical condition, sources said.
Local paramilitary troops said that the first blast took place before the Friday prayer while the second occurred when people were offering prayers in another mosque in the same area, Xinhua reported.
The nature of blasts was yet to be determined.
