Additional Session Judge Virender Bhat has reserved the order for Sep 22 after concluding the final arguments in the case, public prosecutor Satwinder Kaur said.
Accused Shamshad alias Khutkan, Usman alias Kale, Shahid alias Chhota Billi, Iqbal alias Bada Billi and Kamruddin are facing trial in the case for kidnapping and gang-rape of the 30-year-old woman in Dhaula Kuan area of south Delhi.
According to police, the accused on Nov 24, 2010, had abducted the victim, who hails from the northeast, while she was walking home with her friend after her shift had ended. They took her to Mongolpuri, gang-raped her, and left her on an isolated road there.
Later, the five were arrested from Mewat in Haryana. They have claimed innocence, saying they were falsely implicated in the case.
The five were tried on charges of gang-rape, criminal intimidation and abduction under the Indian Penal Code.
