A youth, injured in clashes with the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district on Friday, succumbed in a hospital here on Sunday, police said.
Shahid Nazir Hajam, injured in clashes in Srigufwara area of Anantnag, succumbed in Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) here.
Earlier on Sunday, another youth identified as Yawar Ahmad Dar was killed during clashes between protesters and security forces in Chaddar Motelhama village in Qaimoh area of Kulgam district as a gunfight raged between security personnel and Lashkar-e-Taiba militants.
Two militants were killed while the third one surrendered in the gunfight.
