Comptroller and Auditor General Vinod Rai lists cricket among his “other interests” in his profile on the CAG website. But while delivering an entertaining keynote address at former Bank of Baroda (BoB) chief Anil Khandelwal’s book release he jokingly suggested his “other interests” were much wider than that. Rai was on the BoB board when Rahul Dravid was signed on as brand ambassador. Rai said one of his most treasured moments was when he got to play cricket with Dravid. Then he added, “I don’t know why he chose Dravid... I now wish he had chosen Aishwarya Rai!”
