How Vadra earned his sweets

It isn't just Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi who believes it was the pressure he exerted on the government that led to the rollback of the tax on withdrawals of Employees' Provident Fund. On Wednesday, his brother-in-law Robert Vadra posted on his Facebook page that he had "earned" his sweets for having "done his best to voice each person's views through my platform". Vadra, husband of Rahul Gandhi's sister Priyanka, wrote that he ate the sweets "that the attendants had carried for me. The earnings they were going to lose will be saved now, for a good future". Acknowledging the support he had received on Facebook, Vadra said, "Your support of Likes and comments as well, made sure the media carried the message to the government, to make the change. United we are a force, divided we will be unheard."
