Chidambaram says his positive attitude keeps him going despite the barrage of negative reports from the press, rating agencies and others

What has kept ministers going despite the barrage of negative reports from the press, rating agencies, analysts and the global investment community? In response to this question at a press conference recently, Finance Minister P Chidambaram said: “There is not a day in the finance minister’s life when he is not worried by something or the other. If I allow my worries to overwhelm me I may become as pessimistic as you guys are.”
