Coming down heavily on Union Law Minister Kapil Sibal, BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi said on Friday that the Manmohan Singh-led government must give account of its governance.

Addressing a rally in Pune, the Gujarat Chief Minister went on to add that the Congress ministers should answer citizens of India instead of posing questions to him. He added: “We all know who shies away from taking questions.”

Earlier, Sibal seemed to suggest that black money was being used in the Gujarat CM's election campaign and demanded a probe into it.

“Rs 10 to 15 crore is spent on stadiums. It should be investigated as to what kind of money is used to fund (the rallies)," he told the media while launching his personal website here.

The Law Minister also challenged Modi to a public debate and said the Gujarat CM doesn't have any vision for the country.

"What is his (Modi's) vision on education and foreign policy. He has no vision. His constant refrain is that the Congress party has destroyed India. Rid the country of Congress," Sibal told reporters.

Sibal also attacked Modi over BJP's alliance with Shiv Sena to question his affection for people from Bihar.
