Modi would address his maiden Vijay Sankalp Samabesh at the Barmunda Ground, state BJP president K V Singhdeo said.
A band and members of the BJP Mahila Morcha will give Modi a rousing welcome at the venue, he said.

The Barmunda Ground has been sanitised by the Odisha police, Gujarat police and the SPG with sniffer dogs and bomb disposal squads.
"We have taken all security measures for Narendra Modi's visit," DGP Prakash Mishra said.
