If Kejriwal cannot give evidence in support of his claims, then necessary action may be taken against him, the complaint said.
"Record the statement of Arvind Kejriwal and further seize the evidence available with him. In case, he does not have any evidence against any of the alleged or accused or he is suppressing the evidence, then the same needs to be brought in the notice of the nation and necessary legal action has to taken, as per law," advocate Vivek Garg said in the complaint.
Addressing a public meeting on January 31, Kejriwal had said his party would field candidates against 25 "dishonest" politicians.
The list included names of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, several UPA ministers, SP supremo Mulayam Singh, BSP chief Mayawati, Union Ministers P Chidambaram and Sushilkumar Shinde and former BJP president Nitin Gadkari, among others.
Garg has filed a number of RTI applications in the past related to Commonwealth Games related projects in the past.
