Strongly refuting the possibility of Rajiv Bajaj, managing director, Bajaj Auto joining Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Rahul Bajaj, chairman, Bajaj Auto said, "Rajiv is not joining any political party or AAP at all. It is as stupid as Arvind Kejriwal manufacturing two wheelers."

He was addressing media in Pune at the launch of an e-learning project of Jankidevi Bajaj Gram Vikas Sanstha (JBGVS), the social arm of Bajaj Group.

A recent media report suggested that Rajiv Bajaj may contest Lok Sabha election form Delhi from AAP.

Expressing his political views particularly on AAP, Rahul Bajaj said, "Kejriwal got 28 seats in Delhi Assembly elections. He was the Delhi king. Because of his political and tactical strategy, a normal Delhite became chief minister. The Congress with eight MLAs cannot form government in Delhi and BJP has already said that it will not form the government. Now, for the next six months, governor will rule Delhi. This is not democracy. If elections are held, my guess is AAP will get 36 seats and Kejriwal thinks of 50. I am not anti-Congress, but this not the Congress of my father's era. This is not even Gandhiji's or Nehru's Congress party. Gandhiji has asked people to go back to Panchayat. "

Jankidevi Bajaj Gram Vikas Sanstha (JBGVS), the social arm of Bajaj Group today launched an e-Learning project in Maharashtra.

The educational endeavour is aimed at providing new age learning technologies to 1000 schools from various rural areas in districts of Pune.

The e-Learning initiative will initially be launched in 50 rural schools across Pune, Aurangabad and Wardha districts. It will enable students to understand and learn the curriculum in a more holistic manner. The project will further help improve the quality of education by bridging gaps such as lack of qualified teachers, and learning disabilities faced by rural students.
