Aptech introduces Easwaran Krishnan as Head of Human Resources

Aptech Limited, a global leader in learning solutions today announced the appointment of Easwaran Krishnan as its new Head of Human Resources. As a new member of Aptech’s human resource team, Mr. Krishna will direct the company's human resources functions to ensure that they align with the company’s goals and objectives.

The 38 year old Mr. Krishnan is an MBA from Symbiosis and is well-versed in developmental HR and Employee Engagement areas. He brings to Aptech more than 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience in change management, recruitment and retention, succession planning, conflict resolution and labour relations.

Mr. Krishnan has served several companies including Bank Muscat International (Bahrain), Development Credit Bank Ltd (Mumbai), Blue Star Infotech (Mumbai), L&T Infotech (Mumbai) and DHL (Mumbai). Before joining Aptech he was serving Barclays Bank PLC based in Mauritius, as the Head – HR for the Retail & Commercial Bank leading 14 HRMs and 1200 Headcount at.
