Bhaskar Plaza, A Business Hotel is now ‘Keys Hotel Bhaskar Plaza’ as a management contract is signed with Berggruen Hotels Private Limited

Bhaskar Plaza, Hyderabad has signed a management contract with Berggruen Hotels to help them upgrade and modify the existing property of 46 rooms according to international standards and complete the second tower for an 82 room hotel.

Bhaskar Plaza, A Business Hotel, is located in the prime location of Road No1 of Banjara Hills, one of the most popular and well known areas in Hyderabad next to shopping malls, top hotels and commercial establishments in the heart of the city.

Mr Bhaskar Rao, Chairman, Bhaskar Plaza says, “It is an important occasion for us as we have tied up with ‘Keys Hotels’ to build a hotel to international standards. The management team at Berggruen hotels has more than two - three decades of experience in the hospitality industry with the best of hotel companies and will create value for our hotel and its customers.”

Mr. J. V. Krishna Rao, Director Operations, Bhaskar Plaza says, “We have found a partner in Keys Hotels to take us to the next level of hospitality. Our inventory is going up to 128 rooms with the addition of a second tower of 82 rooms. This tower will have an atrium lobby, Keys Café, Unlock - a restobar and also house a beautiful revolving restaurant with world cuisine and a panoramic view of Hyderabad city”.

Mr. Sanjay Sethi, Managing Director and CEO, Berggruen Hotels commenting on the occasion, said, “We are delighted with the signing of the management contract of Bhaskar Plaza, A Business Hotel which will henceforth be known as Keys Hotel Bhaskar Plaza. Our endeavor will be to upgrade the existing 46 rooms and complete the second tower in line with the Keys product and build an excellent mid market hotel suitable for both business and leisure visitors to Hyderabad”.

Currently the hotel is operating with 46  plush rooms and apartments equipped with tea/ coffee making facility, mini bar, LCD TV, Internet access, STD & ISD facilities and room service. The hotel has two function rooms which can accommodate from 60 upto 250 people. There is also a board room which can take upto 10 persons.

The popular multicuisine restaurant – Tabla as well as Liquids – the lounge bar is located in the fifth floor of the currently operational tower. Guests of the hotel have access to both these popular restaurants.
