ICA mega Job Fair, an ideal platform for interaction with industry experts

The mega event ICA Job Fair held recently in Kolkata witnessed an over-whelming response from job seekers and companies from across the region. The one day event held observed a huge number of job seekers, including students and outsiders, walk-in to seek better paying jobs with some of the most renowned companies participating at the fair.

Companies that participated in the  Job Fair included the reputed names of HDFC, Reliance, Genius, Amrit Export, SMC Global to name a few. Over seventy five candidates were shortlisted at the event with 17 getting on spot offers.

Participating companies spanned across industries including Manufacturing, Export, IT, ITeS & Insurance Sectors. Commenting on the ICA Job Fair, Arnab Dutta Staffing –Recruiter, Amrit Exports, said "The volume of walk-ins Job was pretty good and so was the quality. The support provided by the ICA Team is worth mentioning as it actually helped in smoothing out the entire process. The Floor Management was of top Quality. Job seekers were equally enthused by the fair. For the students it provided an excellent opportunity to interact with HR majors from the industry and get hands on experience of the entire process. Many students have also managed to get plum offers.  Non-ICA participants also got to get the feel how such a major event was conducted so well by ICA Team. Needless to say they went with a happy experience from the event.
