Krishna Kumar will be appointed as VP & Business Head, Philips Healthcare

In appreciation of the demands of the future business model, Philips has formalized a new global function titled Professional & Public Affairs. The importance of India as an emerging market and the role of Government and Public institutions in shaping policies and in turn becoming large customer, necessitates that Philips India also create a formal Professional & Public Affairs function.

Philips India announced that Mr. Anjan Bose, current Vice President & Business Head, Philips Healthcare, will be appointed as Vice President and Head, Professional & Public Affairs on 1st June 2010. 

Philips India also announced that on 1st June 2010, Mr. Krishna Kumar will be appointed as Vice President & Business Head, Philips Healthcare.

Krishna has double masters from leading institutes – IIM, Ahmedabad and Kellogg School of Management. His experience spans across India, USA, Japan and China, holding leadership positions in Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, HSBC Investment Banking, Microland and more recently in Johnson & Johnson in their Healthcare division.
