For the third quarter ended 31st December, 2011, Nitin Fire has posted Net Sales of Rs 10,353.21 lacs (Rs.10,901.27 lacs). Total exports sales during the quarter amounted to Rs 6,873.02 accounting for 66% of Net Sales. Profit from Operations before Other Income, Interest and Exceptional items for the quarter stood at Rs 1,552 lacs (Rs 1,242.09 lacs).
The Net Profit for the quarter stood at Rs 1,165.89 lacs (Rs 1,934.43 lacs). The Q3 Net Profit in the previous year was substantially higher on account of Other Income of Rs 1,443.04 lacs.
The Company has received approval of the Honb’le High Court for amalgamation of its two subsidiaries viz. Alert Fire Protection Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Logicon Building Systems Pvt. Ltd. with itself.
