Simmtronics sets up offices in Ludhiana

New sales and service support offices to come up in, Bhubaneshwar, Raipur and Ranchi soon

Simmtronics Semiconductors Limited, one of the frontrunners amongst the global players in the manufacturing and distribution of memory modules, motherboards and graphic cards, has made the formal announcement of expanding its footprint across India by setting up sales and service support offices in Ludhiana, taking the total tally to 15. Simmtronics plans to have 20 offices across the country by September end this year and the next 3 locations for new offices have been identified as, Bhubaneswar, Raipur and Ranchi.

The new office will serve as both sales as well as service support centres to cater to the ever-growing popularity of the SIMMTRONICS® branded products in the regional markets and the ever increasing customer base.

According to Mr. Vinit Shangle, National Sales Manager, Simmtronics Semiconductors Limited, “The tier-II and tier-III cities in India hold immense business potential - primarily owing to the rapid adoption of technology and the penetration of internet. We foresee a significant increase in the demand for all our products from these geographical regions. As such, we intend being closer to our direct billing partners and customers so that we are able to support them when it comes to sales and service respectively.”

Simmtronics’ Ludhiana office will cater to the state of Punjab

“As a matter of policy, we will be appointing Direct Billing Partner's (DBP) for all the  cities of Punjab reporting to Ludhiana office” added Mr. Shangle

On the service front, Simmtronics has announced walk-in warranties which means that customers simply need to connect to the closest network office and the applicable warranties shall be honored. This circumvents the need for an ASP (authorized service partner) network. Besides, customers feel more assured being serviced by the direct office rather than a third party.
