Supreme Infrastructure India appoints two highly respected independent directors

Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (B.S.E Code: no: 532904), one of the promising infrastructure companies in India, today announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Vinod Agarwala and Mr. V.P.Singh the new independent directors.

According to Vikram B Sharma, Managing Director of Supreme Infrastructure India Limited, “we are excited to have Mr. Vinod Agarwala and Mr. V.P. Singh the new directors on board. Both of them are accomplished professionals and masters in guiding businesses through their holistic, proactive approach for better transparency and protecting investor interests. Profile of Mr. Vinod Agarwala:
Mr. Vinod Agarwala, is a science and law  graduate, Solicitor & Advocate High Court, Bombay,  Solicitor,  Supreme Courts of England & Wales, Advocate of Supreme Court of India and presently he is partner of Vigil Juris, Solicitors & Advocates, Mumbai. He also  holds position of director in several other firms such as Suditul Trading and Investment Co. Pvt. Ltd, Delta Galil Industries Ltd, Yes Façade Pvt. Ltd, GTL Infrastructure Limited, and SBM Chemicals & Instruments Pvt.Ltd. In addition, he is also member of Managing Committee of Rajasthani Sammelan and Global Trusteeship Company.

Profile of Mr. V.P. Singh
Mr. V.P. Singh is a Master of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Singh holds the Masters degree in commerce, Bachelor of Laws and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. Specialized Training in Corporate Restructuring and Investment Banking in India, USA and Japan. He has also been an absolute turnaround manager possessing excellent capabilities to develop & realize business objectives in more than 40 years of his cross functional experience in financial services comprising 3 years in Reserve Bank of India, 27 years in Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), 3 years with Tanzania Development Finance Co., 2.5 years in Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) and 4.5 years in Deloitte. He is a  former CMD of IFCI. He was an independent director of ONGC. Presently he is a  member of the Governing Board of Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi (RGVN) and Chairman of its Regional Committee for UP, Bihar and Jharkhand and also director of Bandhan Financial Services Ltd.

Ltd) in 1983 and subsequently converted into a public company as Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd. Mr. Bhawanishankar H. Sharma, Mr. Vikram B. Sharma and Mr. Vikas B. Sharma are the promoters of the Company. The company started with executing orders of BMC and PWD, etc. It further expanded its activities by procuring contracts of MMRDA and MSRDC.
