The accident between the bus and a Tata Magic took place near Bhupiyamau village under Nagar Kotwali police station. One victim identified as Rakesh Yadav (24) died on the spot while 12 others were injured.
Six of the seriously injured, including the driver and cleaner of the Tata Magic, have been rushed to Allahabad, while others were discharged after administering first aid, police added.
