Shiv Ram Yadav (52), Abhimanyu (25) and Suresh (20) were injured when they were hit by the truck near Lalanagar toll plaza, they said.
Police said that the injured were taken to a hospital where Yadav died.
Abhimanyu, whose condition was stated to be serious, has been referred to Allahabad, it said.
