1 killed, 6 injured in fireworks mishap

One person was killed and six others were injured in a fireworks mishap during a local temple festival at Kadaiyalaruti in this district today, police said.
They said the fireworks went off accidentally during the festival.
The injured had been hospitalised, police added.
