"From January 1 till March 31, 7,336 samples were sent for test, out of which 2,266 tested positive. Number of deaths due to swine flu and other complications stood at 77 as on date," a bulletin issued by the state government said here today.
It said a total of 55 samples were sent for screening yesterday, out of which 13 tested positive for the H1N1 virus.
The number of positive cases reported in the last six days (from March 26-31) is 07, 16, 15, 08, 19, 10 and 13, the bulletin said.
