The accused and the victim are students of a government school, said police.
The accused allegedly indulged in unnatural sex with the victim, a Class VI student aged 11 last evening after taking him to the bushes near Guntigudem village, Ghatkesar Police Station Inspector B Prakash said quoting the complaint.
The victim later informed the matter to his father who last night lodged a complaint with police after which a case under section 377 (unnatural sex) of the IPC and under relevant sections of POCSO Act was registered, the inspector said.
