15 injured after bus collides with truck in Odisha

At least 15 people were injured, nine of them critically, after a passenger bus collided with a truck near Birtola in Odisha's Sundargarh district today, police said.
The injured were taken to hospitals in Bonai and Chandiposh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Bonai, P K Jena said, adding, some of those with serious injuries were shifted to Rourkela Government Hospital and Ispat General Hospital.
The mishap took place when the passenger bus was on its way from Bonai to Rourkela, and the truck came from the opposite direction, proceeding towards Lahunipara, police said.
