2 die of dengue, 10 suffering in past one month in S Dinajpur

Two persons have died of dengue in South Dinajpur district while 10 are hospitalised following the outbreak of the mosquito-borne disease in past one month.
District officials said today while the 35-year-old man, from Balurghat area in the district, died at SSKM Hospital, Kolkata on Thursday last week, a class five student Anjali Oraon perished at local hospital early this week.
Meanwhile, ten persons were afflicted with the virus in Balurghat municipal area limits and the civic authorities were monitoring the situation.
