Two teenaged girls met a watery
grave in Kamla river near Dhoighat in Darbhanga district of Bihar today.
Sadar Station House Officer (SHO) Balkrishna Yadav said the incident took place when the girls dipped into the river to take bath.
Dhoighat comes under Sadar police station area.
The girls have been identified as Priyanka Kumari and Kamakhya Kumari, both around 17 years of age and residents of Basantpura village.
The bodies have been recovered and handed over to their families.
