Ramu and his associate Nitin were yesterday arrested after 40 kg Ganga worth about Rs four lakh was found in their car during vehicle checking at Goverdhan crossing here, ASPAnupam Singh said.
In a separate incident, 45 cartons of English liquor worth nearly Rs four lakh were seized from a SUV near Bharatpur Tiraha during checking of vehicles after twopersonsfled abandoning their car at the spot, the ASPsaid.
