Eighteen year-old Sikander Yadav was fatally struck by lighting at Phulwaria village last night while grazing cattle in a field, Tandwa police station in-charge Anil Dubey said.
In another incident, a woman identified as Chando Devi died of lightning while she took shelter under a tree at Majhauli village, Deo police station in-charge Pramod Kumar said.
In another incident, 10 persons received burn injuries in cases of lightning at Bodhi Bigaha village under Simra police station area, police said.
