An eight-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by two teenagers on Tuesday when she went to a nearby shop in her village to purchase some items.
The two teenagers, residents of the same village, lured her to a nearby agriculture field and raped her, police said.
The victim's family complained that as some locals were pressurising them, they were not able to report the matter on Tuesday itself, they said.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted yesterday police said, adding the efforts were on to nab the accused.
In the second incident, 22-year-old Wasim yesterday lured a boy and a girl, both aged five years and were playing together outside their house, to a nearby jungle and sodomised and raped them respectively, police said.
The children narrated the ordeal to their parents who in turn complained to Partapur police about it, they said.
