Pramod chowdhary, Jitendra Bhati and Shahrukh Malik were booked on the basis of a complaint filed by the girls' mother Indu Bala who alleged that the accussed had thrashed and molested the girls, they said.
"They have been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and IPC section relating to assault to woman with intent to outrage her modesty," said Assistant superintendent of police Ashish Srivastav.
In her complaint, Bala has claimed that the trio has grabbed the land outside her house due to which the drainage system has collapsed. She had filed a complaint against them at the zonal office of the municipal corporation in this regard.
"All the three culprits will be nabbed soon," Srivastav said.
