3 cops suspended after woman dies under mysterious condition

A 50-year-old woman died under mysterious circumstances in Sahraspali village here following which three police personnel have been suspended, official said today.
"The victim, identified as Urmila, died under mysterious circumstances last night. Her husband Munnilal lodged an FIR against seven persons including two constables," Additional Superintendent of Police KC Goswami said.
Goswami said that after the initial probe sub-inspector Deep Narain and the two constables have been suspended in this connection.
Earlier on June 14, Urmila's son Raju, who is in his 20s, was named in an FIR along with four others in an alleged case of kidnapping of daughter of one Duldul Paswan, he said.

Last night, the accused constables allegedly took Urmila to Duldul Paswan's home and beat her badly with sticks which led to her death, victim's family members claimed.
Both the the matters are being probed, police said.
