Acting on a complaint lodged by Accounts Office of BSNL Dimapur that some miscreants had broken into the office and stole the huge amount on May 7 last, personnel of East Police Station led by Officer-in-Charge, Mekando Odyuo carried out raids and arrested the trio, a release issued from Additional Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur police said.
The arrested have been identified as Kivelikho Chakasang, Kenizulie Sachu and Vikram Mukherjee.
The stolen amount, worth Rs 10,16,659, was seized from the possession of the accused persons.
