"The five day event has attracted about 4,000 athletes from 152 Universities across the country. There will be 22 events each for men and women, to be held in the synthetic track in Nehru Stadium,," Anna University Sports Board chairman Dr S Selladurai, the host, told reporters here today.
About 300 athletes from 32 Universities from Tamil Nadu will participate in the championship, he said.
