Devender, Narender, Jasbir and Pawan were arrested and three drums of wire worth Rs 12 lakh recovered from Devender's house today, they said.
The accused admitted that they and their accomplices held a power company's watchman hostage and looted eight drums of aluminium wires from Tihad Kalan village, police said.
The company's Regional Manager Naveen Kumar had registered a complaint with police regarding the incident on March 16, they said.
Devender and Narender are residents of Atyal while Jasbir and Pawan are residents of Ismaila in Rohtak district, police said, adding that probe is on for information about their accomplices and rest of the booty.
