The district police led by SP Vikas Kumar conducted a raid in the wee hours and nabbed the criminals.
"After a ten-day long planning, the action was planned. Several teams were formed for intelligence collection, surveillance, checking and documentation, identification of criminals and others. After briefing, the raid was launched at 4 am and the criminals were arrested," the SP said.
Ten firearms, 113 live cartridges, stolen motorcycles and liquor in huge quantity were seized.
Police said the criminals used to run illegal arms factories, make liquor, keep stolen vehicles and indulge in criminal activities in the village with the help of locals.
