5 awarded lifer for murder of neighbour

Five persons, including a woman, were awarded life imprisonment for the murder of a neighbour.
Additional District Judge Shakil Ahmad here awarded life imprisonment to the five accused, including Saina (28), for murdering her neighbour Mehkan (32) and injuring her husband and daughter in Baroli village in Khurja police station limits here on July 2, 2012.
Mekhan had objected to playing loudspeaker from a mosque.
Her body was recovered from the roof of Saina's house.
Saina was accused of crushing Mehkan's head with a brick which resulted in latter's death, the judge observed in his verdict.
