The tragic incident occurred in Nawaz Kallay at Quaid Abad area of Malakand District in Khyber Pakthunkhwa.
Rescue team and local people were immediately rushed to the site and retrieved five dead bodies, all belonging to a same family, from the rubbles of the collapsed house.
The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment where there condition was stated to be stable.
More than 60 people have been killed and several others injured in Pakistan due to accidents triggered by torrential rains wreaking havoc in the country.
