5 killed in road accident in Haryana

Five people, including a woman and a three-year-old girl, were killed while 14 others injured when their tractor-trolley was hit by a truck near Neemriwala village on Bhiwani-Charkhi Dadri road here, police said today.
The accident took place around 10:00 pm yesterday when some labourers were going towards Bhiwani in a tractor-trolley after finishing their work, they said.
A truck, which was trying to overtake the tractor- trolley, first hit a dumper and then the tractor trolley which overturned, killing five labourers on the spot, Sadar police station Station house officer Jai Singh said.
The injured have been admitted to a hospital, the police said.

A case has been registered in this regard, the police said, adding that the truck driver fled from the spot.
