50 people booked for assaulting DTO, torching vehicle

Prasad has filed the case against ten identified persons and 40 other unidentified persons for assault on him and setting on fire his official vehicle on NH-31, the sources said.

The DTO was beaten up and his vehicle set on fire by a group of people blaming for a road accident in which a boy was injured after hit by a truck as its driver tried to flee to escape from the former who was chasing the truck to collect illegal money.
