According to the complainant, on February 14 she was returning after reliving herself when the accused Vinod forcibly took her to a nearby field where he and eight others raped her, they said.
The victim had alleged that police had declined lodging an FIR following which she moved court.
An FIR was yesterday lodged against the nine accused on the orders of the local court for allegedly raping and threatening the victim, Kotwali Dehat police station SHO Vinod Kumar said.
No arrests have been made so far, police said.
