The alleged incident took place on Sunday, but the party has denied the charge.
An unidentified man was allegedly kicked by AAP activists as he was lying on the path of a march taken out by the party here in Central Maharashtra, local media reported.
Local AAP unit President Harpreet Singh and another leader Jayaji Shinde strongly denied the charge and it was a conspiracy to defame the fledgling outfit as other parties are jealous of its fast-growing popularity.
During a visit here on Sunday, Damania had reportedly said her party was against reservation for either of the community.
Activists of All-India Chhava Sanghatna, a Maratha body, today held a protest at Kranti chowk area and demanded that Damania withdraw the remark immediately.
Some local Muslim organisations are also planning to organise a protest.
Feroz Khan, a leader of Muslim Minority Front, said the Arvind Kejriwal-led party was limited only to Delhi and its stand on reservation is not going to create hurdles in the community's demand for quota in jobs and education.
